These things happen for a reason... being in the right place at the right moment with the right people....YES!

Thanks to KarlaGarcia, the photographer.... she took my photo outside the Webster Miami...in a Saturday afternoon when I was waiting for the Sartorialist's Scott Shuman and Garance Dore signing book... and voila! Karla was there and she wanted my picture with this cool and chic outfit for Elle Magazine UK... lucky me! Dreams are coming true!

NEW YORK Fashion Week Fall 2013: Carolina Herrera

Carolina Herrera Fall 2013 Collection was the most special and fabulous fashion show that I have seen in New York Fashion Week this season.

Carolina Herrera takes her inspiration from music.... and for me music is the key 

for a great fashion show.

It was exquisite. The collection embodies a strong heroine with svelte silhouettes, a hint of the 40s, tiny waists and the flirty movement of the skirts.

 When I said music was the main key, it's because Carolina Herrera commissioned a musical score inspired by Beethoven's Kreutzer Violin Sonata. Collaborating with London-based composer Tom Hodge and Dj Music Director Javier Peral, they created a score, titled "Capriccio for Carolina", possesses all the romanticism, drama and fantasy of Beethoven but done in a modern way.

NEW YORK Fashion Week Fall 2013: Marchesa

 Drawing inspiration from Francisco de Goya's "Portrait of Maria Teresa de Vallabriga on Horseback" Marchesa's Fall 2013 collection is reflective of the artist's revival and re-adaptation of the 17th century traditional of the equestrian portrait.

This Collection has an intricate tulle gowns, satin high-collar jackets and deconstructed corsetry accompanies with exquisite embroidered silk.

 The rich hued gowns are delicately draped over bodices and adorned with antiqued gold leaf embroidery. Suede corsets and dresses add an unexpected flair.
